(A) RECRUITMENT-THIS PHASE IS THE MOST CRITICAL & REQUIRES SUFFICIENT TIME FOR ENSURING RIGHT KIND OF PERSONS TO BE RECRUITED. SINCE MOST OF THE SECURITY COMPANIES ARE IN A HURRY TO RECRUIT THE PERSONS FOR GUARDING SERVICES & THEREFOREMOST OF THE TIME THE SELECTION OF DESERVING CANDIDATES TAKES THE BACKSEAT.BUT WEAT SCOUT TREAT THIS POINT MOST SERIOUSLY & ENSURE THAT THE CANDIDATES ARE SCREENED  FOR THE FOLLOWING PHASES BEFORE BEING RECRUITED. THE PHASES ARE  FOLLOW:-
???(C) MEDICAL CRITERIA:-

1)SHOULD BE FREE FROM INFECTIONS/CONTAGIOUS      DISEASES.
2)EYE SIGHT SHOULD BE 6/6 WITHOUT SPECTACLES.
3)GOOD HEARING POWER & SMELLING POWER.
4)SHOULD NOT HAVE DEFORMITY OF ANY TYPE.
(E) VERIFICATION PROCEDURE.

THIS IS THE SECOND PHASE & INVOLVES CHECKING THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS & FILLING OF VARIOUS  GOVT. COMPLIANCE FORMS AS GIVEN BELOW:-
  1. EDUCATION CERTIFICATES ARE CHECKED FOR CORECTNESS.
  2. THE CANDIDATE MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF POLICE VERIFICATION.
  3. AN AGREEMENT IS SIGNED BETWEEN THE CANDIDATE &  THE SECURITY COMPANY GIVING ALL THE DETAILS REGARDING HIS SALARY DUTY & OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS HE & THE SECURITY COMPANY ARE BOUND TO FOLLOW.
  4. THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINCE FORMS ARE FILLED DURING THE RECRUITMENT PHASE:
(i)NOMINATION FORM.
(ii)PF FORMS.
(iii)ESIC FORM.
(iv) P
(B) SELECTION-IT WILL INVOLVE THE PHYSICAL CRITERIA AS UNDER:-
1)PHYSICAL FITNESS.
2)HEIGHT NOT BELOW 5 FEET 7 INCHES.
3)CHEST EXPANSION NOT LESS THAN 2 INCHES.
4)CAPABLE OF COMPLETING 2 MILES RACE WITHIN THE STIPULATED TIMING.
5)CAPABLE OF COMPLETING 25 PUSH UPS IN ONE GO.
6)SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO 30 SITUPS.
7)SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO 8 PULL UPS.
???(D) EDUCATION CRITERIA:-

1)MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION TO BE MATRICULATION FROM A RECOGNISED EDUCATION INSTITUTE.
2)SHOULD BE ABLE TO READ & WRITE ENGLISH/HINDI & UNDERSTAND  PUNJABI.
3)SHOULD BE ABLE TO RECONGNISE THE FOLLOWING:-
(a)PASSPORT.
(b)DRIVING LICENCE.
( c) VOTER CARD
(d)IDENTITY CARD
(e) RANK BADGES & MILITARY & POLICE OFFICIALS.
WE AT SCOUTENSURE THE ABOVE POINTS DURING THE SELECTION PHASE OF THE CANDIFATES & IF THE CANDIDATE QUALIFIES ALL THESE POINTS THEN  ARE SELECTED FOR THE POST OF SECURITY GUARDS.
???AFTER COMPLETION OF TRAININGTHE SECURITY GUARDS UNDERGO ON A JOB TRAINING AT VARIOUS  POSTS.DURING ON THE JOB(OJT) THE GUARD WILL WATCH & LEARN THE DUTIES BY OBSERVING THE DEPLOYED GUARDS.

  1. UNARMED GUARDS/ARMED GUARDS(MALE/FEMALE)
  2. GUNMAN.
  3. BOUNCERS.
  4. PSO.
  5. HOUSEKEEPING  AS PER SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT.
  6. COMPLETE OFFICE STAFF AS PER REQUIRED CRITERIA.
  7. VVIP ESCORTS.
  8. TRANSLATORS(ANY LANGUAGE)
  9. ANY OTHER REQUIREMENT THAT MAY ARISE FROM TIME TO TIME.
